Introducing Rivalz

Intelligent Finance, Secured by the Rivalz Network

Rivalz is building an execution layer for intelligent finance — infrastructure that lets AI agents safely run your money across the global financial stack.

At the core is the Rivalz Network: a specialized chain secured by zNode validators. It acts as the coordination and verification layer for agent activity — recording strategy decisions, validating oracle outputs and powering incentives with $RIZ — so agents can operate autonomously while ownership of assets always stays with the user.

The Rivalz Stack: Core Modules

1. MOZAI — DeFAI Agents / Execution Layer

MOZAI is the agent layer for money - a MoneyOS It exposes a suite of autonomous, non-custodial strategy agents that can:

  • allocate liquidity across DeFi primitives.

  • react to market conditions in real time.

  • execute transactions under strict on-chain limits.

Users fund smart wallets they own; MOZAI agents handle the strategy and execution, while all actions remain transparent and reversible on-chain.

2. ADCS — AI Oracle & Connectivity

It is an AI Oracle layer that lets agents and dApps request: strategy recommendations, risk assessments, model-driven signals, AI inference al in a verifiable way on-chain.

3. OCY — AI-Native Data Layer

OCY is backed by a distributed node network, giving agents low-friction access to the state they need without every strategy re-implementing its own data pipeline.

4. zNodes — Validators & Security

They are the validator set of the Rivalz Network and the verification layer for intelligent finance: securing the chain and consensus, validating AI oracle outputs and strategy decisions, enforcing global safety rules around what agents are allowed to do, issuing attestations that high-impact actions (like large reallocations) have passed network checks.

5. $RIZ — Incentive & Value Layer

It is the native token of the Rivalz Network and underpins: staking and rewards for zNodes, fees and incentives for MOZAI strategies, consumption and priority of ADCS oracle requests, future governance over risk parameters, listings and protocol upgrades.

RIZ ties the modules together economically, turning Rivalz from a set of tools into a self-sustaining network.
