# RIZ Token

$RIZ is the native cryptocurrency powering the Rivalz Ecosystem, serving as the backbone for a wide array of functionalities and incentives within the platform. Its utility spans multiple facets, ensuring seamless operations, incentivizing participation, and enabling governance within the ecosystem. Below is a comprehensive overview of the various utilities of the $RIZ token:

## $RIZ: The Utility Token of the Rivalz Ecosystem

$RIZ is the native token powering the Rivalz Ecosystem, with utility spanning multiple facets:

1\. Transaction Facilitation

* Gas Fees: $RIZ may be used for Interactions on the Rivalz Dymension RollApp, including asset transfers and smart contract executions, require AI Application Transactions: $RIZ facilitates transactions within AI applications built on Rivalz.

2\. Node Infrastructure. One of Rivalz 5 modules, OCY DePIN is supported by two types of nodes:

* rClients: Community-run nodes (over 1m registered) providing storage and computational resources.
* Validator zNodes: Purchasable nodes serving as the backbone of OCY DePIN, managing critical intel functions and enhancing decentralization, integrity, and privacy.

Node Ecosystem Dynamics:

* Upgrades: rClients can stake $RIZ to upgrade, increasing their emission rewards (PoS system). This introduces a slashing mechanism for underperforming rClients. zNodes earn rewards for tracking the stability of rClients.
* Rewards: Both rClients and zNodes earn $RIZ emission rewards for maintaining the DePIN infrastructure.
* Over time more types of community run nodes will be introduced, covering mobile and web users. 

3\. Storage Data Ecosystem and Intel Market

* Storage Payments: AI Applications pay $RIZ for secure storage on the Rivalz network. Including AI RAG systems and classic vector storage demand.
* Market Transactions: All Intel market activities (buying, selling, trading) use $RIZ.

5\. Agentic Data Coordination Service (ADCS)

ADCS is the connectivity module and the next evolution in data infrastructure tailored specifically for AI Agents. Designed to be the perfect off-chain provider of data for AI Agents and an Oracle system for on-chain Data and Intelligence provision for on-chain AI Agents and AI-driven Dapps.

* Data and Intelligence is paid for with $RIZ. Providers and Adapter creators are paid in $RIZ and use $RIZ to increase their reputation. zNode owners are rewarded for validating network state. 
* Using ADCS Oracles requires $RIZ. 

6\. MOZAI

$RIZ will power the loyalty mechanism for Agents in our ecosystem. Staking $wRIZ will allow users to increase their APY. \
30% of revenue generated by the protocol will go towards a $RIZ buy-back program.

7\. Governance $RIZ empowers token holders to participate in decentralized governance, including proposing and voting on ecosystem upgrades and protocol changes.
